Metro have Manchester United fans moving quickly towards the bar here in the Football Transfer Tavern.
The publication claim that Inter Milan are ready to offer one of their top players in order to land Javier Hernandez.
So keen are the Serie A side to land the Mexican forward that they are willing to offer Colombian international Fredy Guarin to sweeten the deal.
Former Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic, who of course knows the forward well and now plays for Inter Milan spoke about the possibility of linking up again and claimed: “These things are up to clubs.
“Obviously, Chicharito will be a good signing for every club and we’d be glad to have him.”
We think that Guarin would slot into the middle of the park well and 26-year-old Hernandez would certainly be keen to make a switch to a club who are actually willing to play him on a regular basis!
Both Chelsea and Manchester United have expressed an interest in Guarin and we have to say, seeing him in the Premier League would be a sight to behold.
Manchester United fans. Are you happy with this mooted deal? Do you think Guarin is someone who could make a difference under van Gaal? Let us know your thoughts below.
