The Manchester United fans here in the Transfer Tavern always seem to be split about Marouane Fellaini.
The debates are ongoing.
Some call him clumsy, some call him an aerial threat; a few see him as a good impact substitute, others call him a liability.
Mirror Sport have exclusively revealed that Manchester United are set to sell Marouane Fellaini in the January transfer window.
According to this report, Turkish Super Lig club Besiktas are set to sign Fellaini for £8m when the transfer window re-opens in the new year.
Fellaini has always been given opportunities under Jose Mourinho but it looks like his time at Old Trafford could be finally about to end.
With his contract set to expire at the end of the season, Manchester United look likely to cash in on the Belgium international now so that they avoid losing him for free in the summer.
The 29-year-old moved to England from Standard Liege in 2008, when he joined Everton.
After five successful years at Goodison Park, the towering midfielder followed David Moyes to Manchester United, where he has featured just shy of 150 times for the Red Devils, including 96 appearances in the Premier League.
However, his time in England now looks like it could be about to come to an end with Besiktas lying in wait.
