Manchester United continue to improve under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and saw off Reading this weekend to advance into the FA Cup fourth round.

The Red Devils have won every game so far under their new Norwegian manager, and things are certainly looking up for United as 2019 begins.

Solskjaer though will no doubt be keen to add one or two new players to his squad over the coming weeks, as he seeks to ensure United have the best chance possible of making it into the top four and securing Champions League football once more at Old Trafford.

And one man we here at the Tavern feel would be a superb addition to United's attacking style of play at the moment is Atletico Madrid winger Angel Correa, who has been in superb form for Los Rojos Blancos over the past year or so.

The Argentinian star has been a big hit in Madrid since making the move to the Spanish capital back in 2015, and his ability to play with pace across all three attacking positions means he would fit in nicely with the United squad at the moment.

Valued at £35m by Transfermarkt, Correa has all the ability to succeed in England and with the likes of Alexis Sanchez struggling for form, he might well prove to be a shrewd addition to the squad at Old Trafford.

There is an argument that United already have plenty in attacking areas, but Correa would bring a different type of flair to that they already have in the squad, and the 23-year-old would no doubt love the chance to impress over in England if give the chance.
