Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho will be looking to add some more depth and quality to his squad this summer, as he hopefully plans an assault on both the Premier and Champions League titles.
This season has been somewhat of a weird experience for the Red Devils, with success in the League Cup and an excellent run in the Europa League masking certain failures in the Premiership.
Our landlord thinks next season will be a big chance for United to get back to winning ways in the Premier League though, and one man who he thinks could help them on their way is Portugal star Joao Mario.
The cultured midfielder is valued at £29.75m by website Transfermarkt, and the United fans reacted positively when his name was brought up by our landlord over by the dartboard this week.
Mario was a key part of the Euro 2016 winning team from last year for the Portuguese, and his form for Inter Milan this past year has shown he is a player of real quality.
With United looking to add more spark to their midfield in terms of attacking quality, Mario would seemingly fit the bill, and his ability to play in numerous attacking positions is also a plus.
Whether Mourinho decides to make a move for the impressive 24-year-old remains to be seen, but he is certainly a player who could well be on the radar of plenty of Premier League clubs this summer.
Man United fans, what do you think to this? Would Mario be a good signing? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
