England captain Wayne Rooney has told The Sun on Sunday that he is ready to sign a new deal with Manchester United, which will signal his intent to finish his playing days at the Red Devils.
This news has delighted the majority of the Manchester United fans who are present here in the Transfer Tavern, with many of them expecting him to revert back into midfield following his fine performances for England.
The ex-Everton player is set for a testimonial at Old Trafford during pre-season and he is now open to the idea of extending his contract beyond his current deal.
