Fans of Manchester United could be set to lose yet another attacking player this summer, in the form of Mexico International striker, Javier Hernandez, and this has provoked a mixed reaction here in the Transfer Tavern.
The Red Devils have already bid farewell to Angel Di Maria, Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao over the past few months and now the Mexican hit man could be set to add his name to that list.
With West Ham and Tottenham showing an interest in the 27-year old already, the Independent are now reporting that Italian club side, Torino, have joined the race to sign the poacher.
This may be a more likely destination of departure for the United man, with Louis Van Gaal unlikely to want to sell such a lethal finisher to a fellow Premier League team.
Our landlord here in the Tavern waded in on the Hernandez debate: “I would not want the lad to be leaving if i was a United fan, give him a run of 10 games or so and i reckon he could be world-class!”
What do you think United Fans? Will you be sad to see him leave? Where will he go? Let us know below!
