But according to the Daily Star, the club will FORCE Javier Hernandez into transferring to Juventus so they can finally land Arturo Vidal.
There are still doubts over Vidal’s knee injury but Louis van Gaal will still force through a move as long as the Turin club lower their £40 million asking price.
They are hoping that their lust for Hernandez will mean that the pair can make a deal before Monday’s deadline.
However, Spanish side Valencia are also keen on signing the Mexican striker should Manchester United decide to cash in on him instead.
It looks likely that Hernandez could be the first of many fringe players to leave the club this summer with Tom Cleverley and Wilfried Zaha also on their way out.
