Manchester United told they will need to break world record to sign impressive midfield star

648x415_paul-pogba-lors-france-portugal-11-octobre-2014Premier League giants Manchester United will need to break the world record transfer fee if they want to complete the resigning of Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba, according to The Telegraph.

The Frenchman is valued by his club at a staggering £83.5 million and the Italian champions will not take any less for one of their star performers.

This news has alerted the United faithful here in the Transfer Tavern and they are incensed and believe this news to be some kind of sick joke, stating that Pogba is a quality player but not quite worth that much.

The 23-year-old left the Red Devils four years ago and has become one of the brightest talents in world football whilst at Juventus, following a series of mind blowing performances.

One Manchester United fan is chatting with his pals in the smoking area and he thinks that Pogba is a good player but believes that the current squad needs that much work he would rather the money was spent on several player, rather than just one.

Manchester United fans, is Pogba worth the fuss? Would he compliment your current midfield? Who would you prefer the club to sign?
