Manchester United fans in the Transfer Tavern have been reacting to comments made by Paul Pogba on Sky Sports, where he claimed (to Argentine outlet TyC Sports) that it would be a pleasure to link up with PSG’s Neymar. The Frenchman has come under scrutiny this season and has become one of the latest Manchester United players to appear to have a break down in his relationship with manager Jose Mourinho.
Paul Pogba joined Manchester United in the summer of 2016 for a then world record fee. The Frenchman had just come off the back of an impressive summer at Euro 2016 with France and had impressed in his years at Juventus since leaving Manchester United. However, the Frenchman has now stoked the transfer rumour fires after claiming that it would be a pleasure to play alongside the man who took his title of the world’s most expensive footballer, Neymar.
Neymar is currently out injured and faces a race to be fit in time for the world cup, meanwhile, his PSG side are cantering towards a domestic league and cup double in France’s Ligue 1 and Coupe de France. Like United, PSG were knocked out of the Champions League in the first knockout round of the competition, leading many to believe that manager Unai Emery is set to depart in the summer. If the right man takes up the reigns in Paris, Paul Pogba could well be prised out from Manchester United, although the fee would have to be astronomical.

It would be a good move for him. Playing with someone like Veratti would do him good. He's a brilliant player but for one reason or another it's not quite happening for him at United.
