Our Manchester United fans here in the Transfer Tavern really cannot believe what has gone on in their last two games.
Of course, they should believe it by now with the way their season has gone as they once again laboured to draws at Old Trafford against both West Brom and Everton.
Indeed, the game last night against the Toffees was almost a loss but for Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s injury time penalty, and so work really does need to be done in terms of getting more wins on the board.
Certainly, the Red Devils have got the knack of not losing, at least, and so if they can just get those winners they’ll surely start getting towards the sharp end of the table.
But, at the moment, things are pretty stale on the pitch and that has been highlighted further by this pretty surprising stat – via OptaJoe on Twitter:
50% – Of the longest unbeaten runs in PL history (20+ games), Manchester United’s current run has the lowest win % (W10 D10). Uninspiring.

Pretty drab, then, and United will surely be keen to amend that before too long.
