Man United agree five-year deal with Pogba over colossal £100m deal

It has been quite the day for those in for an early Transfer Tavern breakfast this morning.

With Chelsea reportedly agreeing a fee for N’Golo Kante, the Blues supporting punters weren’t the only crowd in treated to some glorious transfer related news.

Despite the reasonably early hours, the Manchester United supporting locals have been dancing on the pool tables.

According to Marca, Paul Pobga has AGREED a deal to move back to Old Trafford this summer on a five-year contract.

While Real Madrid were understood to be interested in the Frenchman, he is believed to view a move to the Spanish capital as only an alternative.

The Red Devils’ offer to Juventus is understood to be €120m (roughly £100m), a fee that would break the world transfer record.

He will reportedly rake in a stunning €13m a year at the Theatre of Dreams, having left there initially for a measly £800k after failing to break into the first-team under Sir Alex Ferguson.

Does the Pogba signing make Man United favourites for the title?
