Man United man lined up for January move away from the Premier League (not Depay)

Still celebrating the EFL Cup semi-final victory that saw Manchester United place one foot in February’s final, the United supporting punters propping up the bar in the Transfer Tavern have had a long night.

While there’s so much to talk about amongst the Old Trafford faithful right now, every so often one or two of them will head over to the Wearside drinkers (often down in the dumps) to check up on a certain Adnan Januzaj’s progress at Sunderland.

Well, following reports from L’Equipethe two sets of punters are locked in discussion about the Belgian playmaker.

They claimed Ligue 1 side Lyon are keen on the 21-year-old, who is currently on loan with the Black Cats under former United chief David Moyes.

After emerging as a hugely rated talent at the Theatre of Dreams during the Scotsman’s ill-fated spell in charge, Januzaj has stalled somewhat as he’s struggled for form and fitness at both Sunderland and Borussia Dortmund.

Still, Les Gones are understood to be on the lookout for more attacking options in the current window and are reportedly weighing up the midfielder as a potential option at the Parc OL.

Would Januzaj suit a move away? Let us know below..
