Much like the proverbial rumour mill, the Transfer Tavern is non stop late into the night.
Our most vocal customers are the Manchester United fans reacting to news their club commissioned scouting expeditions on two top European talents.
According to the Daily Mail, the Red Devils checked up on Schalke midfielder Leroy Sane and Sporting Lisbon midfielder Joao Mario over the course of the weekend.
The former is an exceptionally gifted £40m rated German midfielder, whose emergence in the Bundesliga has been meteoric.
Manchester City and Barcelona are also thought to be interested in the teenager.
They are also understood to have run the rule over Portuguese international Mario, who has been in stunning form for the Lions this season.
The report also claims the Old Trafford giants are aiming to add up to four new faces in the summer, as they look to improve on a season that has seen them lose out on a spot in the Champions League.
Do Man United need more than four players? Where do they need to strengthen the most?
