Man Utd should target £63m-rated ace to help turn their midfield into one of England’s best

The Manchester United fans within the Transfer Tavern are looking forward to seeing which star-studded players their side will be bringing in this summer to compete for the Premier League title once again.

In what started as a promising season turned out to be the story of United’s past few years – not being able to fully challenge for the domestic titles.

Jose Mourinho will still be eager to claim the FA Cup in a few games time but that isn’t what the Red Devils really desire. Competitions like the Premier League and the Champions League are what dreams are really made of. Improvements are clearly needed this summer, then.

In order to launch a substantial push for the bigger titles next season, Man United should seriously look at Saul Niguez, who is valued at £63 million on Transfer Markt.

The Atletico Madrid star has continuously been prominent in their midfield this season, making more than 50 appearances thus far.

The dynamic midfielder can play in a number of roles, from a defensive to attacking midfielder.

Having scored 6 goals and contributed 5 assists this season, Saul is a player that could really improve Manchester United’s midfield and give Paul Pogba more licence to roam around freely. Pogba, of course, has struggled for a lot of the season, and bringing in a player like Saul could be the boost he needs.

Landlords Verdict:

Quite frankly, the thought of Nemanja Matic, Saul Niguez and Paul Pogba as a trio would increase Man United’s chance of winning titles for the foreseeable future and it’s an investment that they should defiantly look to make this summer.

The Spaniard is still only young with years ahead to improve and bringing him to Old Trafford would allow his progression to continue.
