According to a report from the Daily Mirror, Manchester United star Paul Pogba may have played his last game for the club as the saga surrounding his future wages on – with supporters particularly furious at this latest development.
Pogba, who hasn’t played a game for the Red Devils since the 30th September due to an ankle injury combined with illness, has been at the centre of much speculation surrounding his dissatisfaction with United – and this latest report from the Mirror claims the Frenchman won’t feature again.
The World Cup winner re-signed for United for a then world-record fee back in 2016 and has since gone on to make 148 appearances at Old Trafford – scoring 31 goals from midfield and assisting 31 others, as per Transfermarkt.
However, despite giving supporters brilliant memories, case in point the Manchester derby win at the Etihad Stadium back in 2018, it appears some fans will be happy to see the back of him after this latest news.
Here’s what they had to say on Twitter.
Let him go, move on. Guys a strain on the club

Bring in Stefan Milinkovic-Savic! Another powerhouse! SIGN Erikson and Haaland in January and Sancho in the summer.. we dont need pogba…

If so then good riddance! Great talent, but always putting himself first. McTominey and his never die is what we need. If he goes Madrid, the fans are awful for turning on players! If not PSG in a rubbish league. Maddison would do more in one game than this chap

If he want to leave he should be allowed to go, get another creative midfielder that is ready to play for the Badge and not the pay, GGMU
