Manchester United: Fans underwhelmed after report club are considering second bid for Josh King

Manchester United fans have been feeling underwhelmed after reports emerged claiming the club were considering a second bid for one of their former youth players.
According to The Guardian, the Red Devils are deciding whether to make another offer for Bournemouth forward Joshua King. Early on Friday morning, Eddie Howe claimed that any decision to sell the player is ‘out of his hands’. The Norwegian is well known to the staff at Old Trafford after he spent the best part of five years featuring for the club. Over the course of his stay in the north-west, King played 26 times for the under-23s and made just two appearances for the senior side (via Transfermarkt).
One fan blamed head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer over the team’s interest in the player.
This reeks of an ole signing

He hasn’t been in the best of form this season, having scored just three goals in the Premier League. The Norway international also averages just 1.1 shots per game in the top-flight, less than both Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial, as per WhoScored. Fans were left feeling unhappy with the reports of a second bid as they took to Twitter to react. Here is a selection of tweets from the Old Trafford faithful:
Need I remind you all that Haaland cost less than £20m?
