Jose Mourinho’s arrival at Manchester United was always bound to bring a certain element of smugness, much to the chagrin of everyone other than the Red Devils in the Transfer Tavern.
While the Old Trafford faithful may well have lambasted the self-proclaimed ‘Special One’ for his self-assurance in the past, they are dancing in delirious delight about it now.
For according to French outlet L’Equipe, the Portuguese tactician is already acting like he has sealed a record breaking move for Paul Pogba.
While a transfer of this magnitude is naturally going to drag, it is understood the former Chelsea and Real Madrid chief is already planning for life with the 23-year old Juventus star.
Upon his arrival at the club, Mourinho spoke of four signings he felt he needed to join him, already landing three of those.
Pogba is believed to be the last, following the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Eric Bailly and Henrikh Mkhitaryan through the door.
