Mourinho turning to Chelsea to bolster Man United ranks

Man United fans here in the Football Transfer Tavern have been waiting for the day when their new boss, Jose Mourinho, turned to his title winning Chelsea side in order to add to the ranks at Old Trafford. Well, now he has.

According to reports from ESPN, Man United boss Jose Mourinho is taking inspiration from his Premier League winning Chelsea sides when it comes to his dealings in the transfer market this summer.

The Portuguese manager is hoping to sign a defender akin to on of his firm favourites from Stamford Bridge, Blues captain, John Terry.

The 35-year-old was handed the armband by The Special One when he arrived for his first spell in charge of the London club and led the side to a record breaking Premier League title in the same season.

The now Red Devils boss is looking to sure up his back line and is being linked with a move for Man City target, John Stones.
