Premier League rivals wary of Man United swoop

It has been a miserable few weeks for the West Ham United fans in the Transfer Tavern, who have seen their side endure a sloppy start to the campaign.

Drowning their sorrows after a 4-2 thumping away at West Brom, the Hammers have been met with further bad news following reports from the Daily Mail.

The claim the chances of keeping young prodigy in East London are looking increasingly bleak, with Manchester United reportedly planning a summer raid.

The 17-year-old has emerged as one of the most exciting prospects in the country during his few appearances for the Irons, including a masterclass away at Arsenal over a year ago.

Though there are thought to have been negotiations between he and his current employers, no deal has yet been reached to extend his deal, which runs out at the end of next season.

That being said, the Red Devils are understood to be in pole position, ahead of the likes of Arsenal and Manchester City.

It’s come as further bad news for the Hammers in the Tavern, who’ve been lamenting their early life at the London Stadium.
