Stunning Man United talks for world star progressing well, Mourinho to land Real Madrid star

James

Now Jose Mourinho has returned the blockbuster nature to Manchester United, the fans in the Transfer Tavern are dreaming with wide eyed wonderment about just what he could bring.

Well, they don’t come much bigger than this.

According to Don Balon, talks between the Red Devils and Real Madrid over a deal to bring playmaker James Rodriguez to England this summer are progressing well.

While the deal was ignited before the arrival of the self-proclaimed ‘Special One’, he is believed to have approved the continuation of the chase for the 24-year old.

Though the former Monaco man is one of the elite players on the continent, he has fallen out of favour in the Spanish capital amid their vast array of illustrious attacking stars.

Los Blancos are thought to be willing to sell the midfielder, who was largely the star of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, but only at the right price.

Considering the fact they invested a hefty £71m into his signing only two summers ago, that could prove to be quite expensive for the money men at the Theatre of Dreams.

Would James be enough to win United the league in Mourinho’s first season?
