Interestingly, according to Tuttosport, Matteo Darmian has confirmed to Juventus chiefs that he is willing to make the switch at the end of the campaign.
The Italian is looking to put an end to his frustrating spell at Manchester United as he continues to stagnate behind the scenes, with a summer transfer window exit looking inevitable.
Interestingly, it’s believed that the 28-year-old has already verbally agreed to join the Serie A giants at the end of the season, with negotiations already underway to conclude a deal. So, Manchester United will be relieved see the back of the underperforming defender in the summer months and they may even receive a healthy sum for his services.
Matteo Darmian’s departure won’t bother too many Manchester United supporters after failing to break into the starting lineup, as the Red Devils will look to bring in a suitable replacement. Indeed, Luke Shaw and Ashley Young remain above him in the pecking order, with a verbal agreement helping United get rid of the flop in the summer transfer window.
