Few players at Man Utd have generated more division than Paul Pogba over the years. On his day, he’s tremendous, but far too often, the Frenchman fails to deliver on the quality that we all know he has.
Add to that the continued discussion over his off the field persona, which is full of marketing campaigns and new haircuts, and it’s easy to see why many aren’t impressed by him.
We recently asked Man Utd fans whether it might be time to move the Frenchman on, and significantly, a majority of those polled believe that it is. 67% of those polled have revealed that they would like to see the back of Pogba, whilst just 33% of supporters want him to stay.
Given how popular Pogba is a player, and his obvious talent, this speaks volumes about his current standing at Man Utd.
Pogba just hasn’t been up to par, and instead of getting his head down and improving, the midfielder has stagnated. Could that change now that Jose Mourinho has left? Well, that remains to be seen, but if he doesn’t, it seems likely that the 67% of polled fans will, eventually, get their wish.
