West Ham United have struggled to make any form of impact this season under Manuel Pellegrini four games into his Premier League reign.
The Hammers are yet to pick up a point despite having made over £100million’s worth of transfers during the summer.
However, despite growing concerns by the London Stadium outfit following their side’s last-minute defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday, Pellegrini is not in any imminent danger.
Now with the international break coming up, Pellegrini will have two weeks on the training ground to get his side in shape and ready for the return of the Premier League.
However, they will face the likes of Everton, Chelsea and Manchester United all in the month of September.
West Ham should not make any knee-jerk reactions and should look to keep Pellegrini at the London Stadium.
The manager, who is believed to be on high-wages, would certainly cost the club a lot of money to terminate his contract early and there is no doubt that his ability will shine through at some point.
The manager, who admittedly did not have the best time in China with China Hebei Fortune, has won the Premier League title before and has proven to be able to get the best out of his players.
However, after spending £100m on the likes of Andriy Yarmolenko, Felipe Anderson, Issa Diop and Fabian Balbeuna, he will need to get them playing to the top of the ability as soon as possible.
