Mo Salah’s goal in training has reminded the fans just how good he is

Liverpool have finished their pre-season tour of America and are now in Evian in France where they’re putting the finishing touches on their game ahead of the start of the new Premier League season. A video has been posted on Liverpool’s twitter account of Mo Salah scoring a lovely solo goal in training and the fans can’t wait for the new season with their Egyptian wizard.

Mo Salah won the Premier League golden boot last season with his incredible 32 goals, scoring at a rate of one goal every 91 minutes. Not only did he bag over 30 times in the league, but he also laid on a further ten assists for teammates. If Jurgen Klopp can keep his side playing the same football as they were last season and integrate his new signings into that philosophy then there’s no reason why they can’t win the Premier League.

The previous campaign was a standout one for a lot of Liverpool fans. It saw them reach the Champions League final for the first time in 11 years and it saw the birth of a true Liverpool great in Mo Salah. There’s no doubting that Salah will stay at Liverpool for a long time and his partnership with Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane has turned The Reds into one of the world’s best-attacking sides. The fans will be buzzing to get the season underway as they look to topple City and win their first league title since 1990.
