Moses attracted by big money move

Victor Moses has spoken on his potetntial move away from Selhurst Park telling The Daily Mail he ‘can’t wait’ to step into the limelight at a bigger club.

The England U19 forward has been linked with a number of clubs including Roma, Fulham, Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City but speculation over his destination has really gone into overdrive now the transfer window has opened and in the past 18 days teams like Barcelona and Real Madrid have thrown their hat into the ring in the race for the young striker’s signature.

Moses, who will have sent his price through the roof after scoring the winner for financially stricken Crystal Palace in Saturday’s game against Plymouth, also won the Championship Young player of the month award for December but despite the buzz around his name Moses wants to keep his feet firmly on the ground and said,

‘When I saw the Barcelona thing — Barcelona? All the way in Spain? But I just looked at it and thought to myself, they’re a big club. Whatever happens. I definitely want to play at the top. I just want to play at the highest level I can. The higher you play the more experience you get. If there is any chance for me to play at the highest level there is no point in waiting, so I will go and grab it. Wherever I am I just want to keep on playing football and doing my best. I want to score goals and create goals for my team-mates.’

Man City are favourites for the 19 year old who has 6 goals in 8 games this season.
