Crystal Palace

Moses’ Premiership preference opens door for Spurs

Victor MosesFootball FanCast recently revealed to you that Tottenham are interested in signing Crystal Palace forward Victor Moses with the 19 year old ready to move on from Selhurst Park to join a bigger team. The Sun is now also reporting that Moses is set to leave though their suggested price of £5 million is surely closer to his real valuation than the £12 million previously suggested.

Rumours from around the continent had started to link Moses with moves abroad with Spanish giants Barcelona and German side Hoffenheim both said to be very interested in signing the fleet-footed Moses but he is apparently reluctant to move abroad and will push for a move to the Premiership instead. This will certainly alert Tottenham although Palace may be reluctant to make a deal with Spurs following the controversial transfer of John Bostock last year.

But Palace are low on funds and may be forced to accept a bid from Spurs for the man who’s made 64 appearances at the club by the age of 19 and has been thought of as one of England’s top talents for the last few years. Moses previously rejected all speculation linking him away from the club but it’s thought that Palace’s need for money plus his own desire to play at the top level will lead to him pushing for a transfer to take place.

[Is there any substance to this and should this rumour Fly or Die?]
