Mousa Dembele’s future at Tottenham Hotspur has been a question that has been doing the rounds for a long time.
The Belgium international’s current contract at Spurs is set to expire in the summer and it does not appear that he will be signing a new deal with the club any time soon.
Beijing Sinobo Guoan are thought to have made an approach to sign Dembele and have already been making space for him.
The Chinese Super League outfit have freed up a position within their squad to include another foreign player.
Dembele has had a difficult season this year for Tottenham and has been on the sidelines with a knee injury since the beginning of November, although he has returned to training recently.
Dembele has been a stalwart for Tottenham during his time in north London, however, his time appears to be coming to an end.
The Belgium international is thought to be keen on a move to the Chinese Super League, although it remains to be seen if a deal will be agreed.
Regardless of whether he does accept an offer from Beijing, Spurs must look at trying to bring someone in to replace him.
