Newcastle United again tasted defeat earlier today. The Magpies are now at the foot of the Premier League table after failing to win any of their opening nine games. The Geordies lost 1-0 at home to Brighton on Saturday and it looks like they’re certain for relegation at this stage.

Newcastle have lost eight games in all competitions this season, with their two positives so far coming in the form of 0-0 draws against Cardiff City and Crystal Palace. However, the fans are expecting nothing other than relegation from this season and they have no faith that even Rafa Benitez can save them from the drop this season, even if the Spanish tactician did get them a 10th place finish last season.
After getting beaten on Saturday the fans are hoping that Mike Ashley can be convinced to sell up as soon as possible, it looks like the next step for the supporters will be a boycott of St James Park. If it comes to that it looks like the Geordies will be heading for their third relegation under Ashley and it will just provide more fuel for the fire in the fans battle against their tyrant owner.

not investing in the summer has given us another pointless season as relegation fodder, this club never learns, and deserves relegation

The Magpies already hate this season and would happily take their relegation and give up no if they could.Like what the TT have on offer? Sign up for more notifications!
