Newcastle United will be looking to continue their good form of late with a win on the Monday night Premier League fixture tomorrow night.

The Magpies have picked up of late and the international break interrupted a good period for Rafa Benitez's men.

However, it's back to the field tomorrow, and with little time to rest on their laurels ahead of what is set to be a massively busy period of fixtures over the winter period in England.

With the winter period also comes the January transfer window, and the Magpies will be desperate to add some new talent to the ranks.

That's why we at the Tavern think a few Championship players might be on the radar of Benitez, and one man in particular we'd like to see sign for Newcastle is Blackburn Rovers midfielder Bradley Dack.

The former Gillingham man has been superb for Rovers this term, bagging eight goals already and showing he has the talent to compete at higher levels if he really wanted too.

Dack is excellent with the ball, good in front of goal, and possesses a keen eye from dead ball situations.

While Rovers won't want to sell, money can talk, and Dack could prove to be a shrewd signing from a club like Newcastle.
