The Newcastle fans in the Transfer Tavern saw their club’s four-game winning streak come to an abrupt end at the hands of Everton last night. The Toffees ran out 1-0 winners, courtesy of a Theo Walcott goal early in the first-half, although with Everton’s Jordan Pickford being a Sunderland fan, and former player, the Magpies made life difficult for him on the night, prompting a huge celebration from the shot-stopper when Walcott scored the decisive goal.
Jordan Pickford there, celebrating like he's won the league.
Your beloved club you jumped ship on are in ruins and you play for Sam Allardyce. Relax mate.

Newcastle and Sunderland are both heading in very different directions this season. The Black Cats had their second relegation in as many years confirmed on Saturday as they lost 2-1 at home to Burton Albion, meaning they’ll be playing Luton Town and Accrington Stanley in League One next year. Meanwhile, The Magpies are in the top half of the Premier League and will be staying up after a superb first season back in the top flight.
The Newcastle fans propping our bar up won’t be given many chances to face Sunderland for a while, so to play Everton who boast Sunderland fan and ex-player Jordan Pickford will have to do. The young shot-stopper received relentless stick from the Geordies at Goodison Park yesterday, although the 24-year-old had the last laugh as his side came away with all three points and a clean-sheet.

I've no problem with it I would expect any Newcastle player to do the same in his situation
