Still, our punters clad in black and white are excited about tonight’s fixture against Tottenham. It’s not often that the Magpies are able to travel down to Wembley and, while a fairly meaningless game isn’t ideal, the away support will be as strong as ever, nonetheless.
With the Toon Army marching down to London tonight, fans propping up the bar are eager to know all about the teams. At this stage of the campaign, Benitez stressed he doesn’t want to take risks over his players as the Toon Army look forward to their second season back in the Premier League. Hoping to get back to winning ways later today, our local Geordies are feeling fairly happy that they have most of the squad available.
Newcastle have previous in stuffing Tottenham late on in during the season and those clad in black and white here are hoping they can end what has been a wonderful campaign on a high.
