Many Newcastle United fans are loving a tweet from Steve Wraith after the writer posted photos of him next to bridges in Saudi Arabia on his official Twitter page.
The Magpies supporter had a smile on his face as he wore a retro kit of the Tyneside club’s and enjoyed the sun shining, whilst also asking his followers to stay safe in what are difficult times across the world at the moment because of the global pandemic.
Due to Wraith enjoying wearing his shirt and the location he shared from, some members of the Toon faithful are wondering whether this was a possible hint to the potentially imminent takeover at St. James’ Park.
Wraith, like many other NUFC fans, is awaiting more substantial news regarding the deal, as the Saudi-led consortium, backed by the country’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) and head-hunted by businesswoman Amanda Staveley, are waiting themselves as to whether their bid will be accepted by the Premier League.
Should you read anything more into Wraith's tweet?
Nevertheless, these supporters loved Wraith’s tweet and perhaps got a little too excited:
