Newcastle United: Fans react to takeover warning from Henry Winter

Loads of Newcastle United fans have been reacting to an article for The Times by Henry Winter as he warned about the prospective takeover in the North East.
As per the report, the journalist writes that the Tyneside club’s proposed new owners must hire St. James’ Park legend Alan Shearer and ‘tap into the tyros of the Tyne.’
Indeed, Winter is talking about the youngsters currently at the Magpies, including brothers Sean and Matty Longstaff, and claimed that too much talent has been allowed to leave the city. 22-year old Sean Longstaff has made 26 appearances in all competitions this season so far, scoring one goal and making two assists, whereas 20-year old Matty has played in 13 games, netting three times, according to Transfermarkt.

The new regime must focus long term and create a environment where #NUFC can develop homegrown talent. Coaching is everything. Look at the difference between Sean Longstaff under Rafa and then under Bruce.
