Loads of Newcastle United fans are reminiscing over an away display against Feyenoord in the Champions League back in 2002.
The Magpies won the game 3-2 with a winner in the last minute from Craig Bellamy, who scored a brace that night either side of a strike from Hugo Viana. The Dutch side came from behind twice but it was United that flourished, with the win sending them into the next phase, according to The Guardian.
Newcastle also played Italian giants Juventus and Ukrainian side Dinamo Kiev in their group, winning three and losing three in total, as per World Football. They then progressed into a second group containing FC Barcelona, Inter Milan and Bayer Leverkusen, where they won two, drew one and lost three matches, which unfortunately was not enough to progress to the next stage, as per the website.
