Newcastle United: Fans slam Joelinton as he talks about his time at the club and exit links

Many Newcastle United fans have been slamming Joelinton after he talked to Brazilian GOAL (via ChronicleLive) about his time in the North East as well as rumours linking him with a possible exit from the Tyneside club.
As per the outlet, the striker talked about his anxiety after going for ‘a while’ without scoring, but added that it was part of the trajectory into English football and that he is not used to being shaken by ‘a bad moment’.
Indeed, Joelinton has arguably failed to impress since arriving at the Magpies for a relatively big £39.6 million transfer fee, having scored just one goal and made only two assists in 29 appearances in the Premier League so far this season, according to Transfermarkt.
Would you sell Joelinton after the prospective takeover?
Yes

No

However, the 23-year old claimed that he will improve and said that he is prepared for the ‘high level’ of the top flight.
The Brazilian also touched upon potential exit rumours and negotiations, saying that he does not usually get involved and leaves it to his club and agents, but insisted that he is ‘very happy’ at NUFC and that he still wants to give ‘a lot of joy’ to the supporters.
Perhaps his rather poor form has not been forgotten by these members of the Toon faithful, as one fan branded him as an ‘awful player’, and the rest slammed their number nine on Twitter:
Let him go

I just don’t think he has that centre forwards instinct or finishing ability. These are things that can’t be coached into a player. They are natural attributes.

like what not scoring and rolling around injured were going to the next level mate

Thing is he came here because he wanted to be the no.9 its documented ue was ready to become the main CF. And he cant do it. His shooting is poor, and I know he doesnt get a lot of chances in this system, but 40mil for a no.10? There are better out there for less
