It’s been a tough season down at Selhurst Park for Crystal Palace but thanks to Sam Allardyce, the Eagles secured yet another season in the Premier League.
Palace had been lurching down at the wrong end of the table for sometime due to some poor form, especially at home but former England manager Allardyce came in and successfully turned things around at the helm.
And despite leaving at the end of the campaign, it’s clear that going forward, the foundations are in place for Palace to have some successful years in the near future.
But there’s one man who’s future at the club is still up in the air and that’s Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho, who had been on-loan at Palace last season.
The French international fell out with Jurgen Klopp and was shipped out of Anfield but there’s real fear that the Eagles might be priced out of a move for the Frenchman.
According to the Express, Liverpool want a monster £30million for a player who is unlikely to feature under Jurgen Klopp again in the future.
But for Palace, that’s big money and a decision regarding that fee will have to be made sooner rather than later.
And as you can imagine, Palace fans have been extremely outspoken online and here in the pub about the sky-high fee Liverpool are demanding.
Here’s the best of the fallout from social media…

#LFC because left sided CB's of his quality are gold dust and we know how much Sakho loves LFC and even apologised to Klopp so it's up to JK
