Nuno forced to reconsider due to setback in pursuit of 22-year-old star – Report

Wolverhampton Wanderers fans here in the Tavern are still yet to get over their promotion-winning campaign as they still relive their best moments.

Indeed, the Championship winners won’t have experienced many campaigns better than the last as they completely dominated proceedings. However, they’re not experiencing as much luck in their pursuit of a transfer target, as according to the Northern Echo, Middlesbrough are confident Adama Traore is happy on Teesside.

Wolves have been looking to strengthen over the course of the summer, with Adama Traore being one player that they’d love to welcome to Molineux before the start of next season.

However, the winger’s current club Middlesbrough are confident that Traore is happy at the Riverside Stadium, so they may be able to hold onto him this summer.

The 22-year-old was one of the standout performers in the Championship last season, so a move to the Premier League would be just reward for all his efforts.

Landlord’s Verdict:

So, it looks as if Nuno Espirito Santo may have to reconsider his transfer options this summer as Boro are confident that their star man will remain at the club. However, many of our local residents aren’t too fussed about this news as there’re plenty of other options to explore.
