One of Europe’s best attackers wants Man City move as club plot approach

The Man City fans in the Transfer Tavern are delighted with the squad that is at Pep Guardiola’s disposal…

The Citizens have looked very good this season, and whilst much of that can be attributed to Pep Guardiola’s management, it has often simply gone down to the pure individual quality of the squad.

The likes of Sergio Aguero, Gabriel Jesus and Kevin De Bruyne have won games on their own this season, and according to the Telegraph, another player of sensational quality could be on the way.

The Telegraph report that Man City are confident that a move for Alexis Sanchez will eventually go through, with the Chilean international also said to be keen to make the switch.

Significantly, Man City will reportedly make a cash offer for him in January as Pep Guardiola makes one last attempt to land him this season.

It would certainly be a massive move for the Citizens, and it would turn an already frightening attacking line into one of Europe’s best.

With the likes of David Silva, Bernardo Silva and Kevin De Bruyne already in the ranks, Pep Guardiola doesn’t have a shortage of options available to him – and Sanchez would make his choices even more difficult.

That said, Sanchez isn’t the sort of player that you say no to, and so if he’s available, of course, Man City should move.

Landlord’s Verdict

Sanchez is one of the Premier League’s best options, and he’d be a fantastic fit for the Premier League giants. With 24 goals last season, he’s undoubtedly one of Europe’s best attackers.

He’d only become even better with Pep Guardiola at the helm, with the Chilean impressing under the manager at Barcelona.

What a lethal signing this would be.
