Tottenham have had a bit of trouble between the sticks in the absence of captain Hugo Lloris.
While the World Cup winning captain nurses a thigh injury, manager Mauricio Pochettino has been forced to rely on his two back up keepers.
Veteran Michel Vorm got the nod for the first few games over Paulo Gazzaniga, but some error strewn performances by the Dutchman and an injury saw the Argentinian start his second Premier League game against Brighton at the weekend.
He was imperious in that performance, and while he did concede a goal late on, looked commanding in treacherous conditions. Pochettino even said that he was his Man of the Match.
With that in mind, we asked who you would prefer as Tottenham’s deputy to Lloris, and these were the results:
Despite his experience and successful past in the Premier League, only 4% of Tottenham fans still support the 34-year-old Vorm. The recent results have shown some glaring weaknesses in his game, particularly at corners, and the 26-year-old Gazzaniga is the overwhelming favourite now to become the number two to Lloris.
