Partick Thistle football club have vowed to rally support for one of their players who was caught up in the dreadful attacks in Paris after he was in the country to support his brother.
Reports from the Daily Record revealed how Partick Thistle’s Mathias Pogba was in the Stade De France on Friday night to support his brother, Juventus star Paul Pogba.
The Juventus and France international midfielder was playing in a friendly fixture against Germany and his brother had travelled to watch him in action. Whilst France won the game 2-0, the match was swiftly forgotten amid the horrendous incidents that took place in the French capital that evening.
Reports have indicated that at least 127 people have been killed and hundreds more injured in a series of horrifying attacks in Paris.
People across the world have unified to show support for the innocent victims of these callous acts.
Crystal Palace defender Martin Kelly and former Liverpool frontman Rickie Lambert were also in Paris on the Friday night and were both amongst the thousands of terrified innocents.
