West Ham will be looking to bounce back from their recent 2-0 Premier League defeat to Watford when they take on Ralph Hasenhuttl's much-improved Southampton side at St. Mary's tomorrow.

And Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini has told supporters to expect rotation in this extremely busy period of the season.

The Breakdown

"Unfortunately for us we have eight players who are not an option to return. Maybe Marko Arnautovic can return soon, I don't know about Southampton," Pellegrini told Sky Sports in regards to the current state of his squad.

"We need to see now about the injuries to Chicharito and Fabian [Balbuena]. That's a big problem but we need to trust the squad and make a good rotation of the players."

Given the amount of injuries West Ham have at present, some changes have been forced in recent weeks. And because of that, it is essential for Pellegrini to rotate even further to avoid more from being picked up.

The Chilean is already without Andriy Yarmolenko -- who has been sidelined since October -- and Jack Wilshere, while Arnautovic has also struggled for fitness of late.

Considering all of that, Pellegrini must make full use of the remains of his squad in West Ham's upcoming fixtures and perhaps even dip into the transfer market come January.
