West Ham United fans in the Transfer Tavern will be looking ahead to what Manuel Pellegrini can bring to the London Stadium outfit.
The Chilean came to the club last week following David Moyes’ departure and the locals will be keen to see the changes he makes. It is expected that the 64-year-old will try and bring in a number of additions, which could also see him offload some players as well.
According to Football.London, the Hammers could be prepared to sell Michail Antonio, with interest from Crystal Palace rumoured. The 28-year-old had a difficult campaign last year, having suffered from a number of injuries that restricted him to just 21 appearances.
Pellegrini could be ready to bank on the interest from the Eagles for the versatile player, however, it is believed it will need to be a big offer for him to accept it.
The West Ham locals in the Tavern will have been disappointed for Antonio after such a difficult season, however, they would be delighted to receive a huge offer for the player if it were to come in.
The funds raised from a possible sale would help Pellegrini to bring in another talented player to the London Stadium, which could be the difference to guiding them to a European spot.
