Wolverhampton Wanderers are landing a number of impressive targets this summer and it looks as though they could land another one as the transfer window draws to its conclusion.
Nuno Espirito Santo has been rebuilding his squad with a Portuguese contingent so far, with the likes of Rui Patricio, Joao Moutinho and Diogo Jota amongst a host of his fellow countrymen to arrive at Molineux.
However, reports in Turkey are claiming that he could be able to land one of his more ambitious targets this summer and for what would be a bargain fee.
The former Real Madrid defender is entering the last year of his contract and it is thought the club are prepared to let him go, albeit reluctantly.
Despite being 35-years-old, you would have to feel that Pepe could certainly offer Wolves some much-needed experience as they look to make a charge in the Premier League.
The veteran defender has won almost everything the game has to offer at both club and international level, however, there will be some concerns with his game.
The Portugal international has a tendency to lose his head when it matters and has moments of madness that could cost Wolves dearly throughout the season.
