As reported by Hull City’s official website midfielder Robert Snodgrass has been ruled out by injury, causing a lot of despair here in the Transfer Tavern amongst the Tigers faithful.
Their early form from this season that suggested they were going to compete well in the Premier League has subsided and now the men from Humberside find themselves in a real relegation fight.
They lost at the weekend at home to Stoke City which came after 6-1 drubbing against Bournemouth and this injury to a player who has been one of their most consistent this season has come at a cruel time.
The injury to the Scottish international came during the loss against Stoke and he is expected to be out for four weeks.
Hull have big games coming up against Watford and Sunderland in the next few weeks as their fight against the drop continues with them currently 18th in the Premier League table, level on points with Middlesbrough above them.
