Emre Can has been an anomaly for the Reds this season. The German midfielder started the season in a wonderful vein of form, despite him knowing that his Liverpool contract would expire this summer. At the age of 24, the midfielder needs to be playing regular football and it would’ve been interesting to see whether he would be playing for Klopp at the moment if he wasn’t sidelined by a back injury that last saw him compete against Watford on March 17th.
The midfielder’s return to fitness has come just in time for the Champions League final in Kiev against Real Madrid, which the fans are viewing as more than just a coincidence. The German has just a matter of days left on his Liverpool contract and rumours have been circling that he’s on his way to Juventus next season, where he’ll no doubt be a huge success under the tutelage of Massimiliano Allegri, however, for now he is still a Liverpool player and could still be called upon for Liverpool’s first Champions League final in 11 years.

We need the midfield to work Real to a standstill, the more machines in the engine room the better. Can is still a Liverpool player and thrives in these situations. Great news.

Please not Emre… does not deserve it at all.

Who cares about Can ? The only reason I want him to be fit is so that we can sell him for more money ASAP. Get rid, the sooner the better!!!!

Does that mean Emre Can will be available for the UCL finals?
