Pochettino influence: The 2 Spurs loanees who will hope to make the cut next season

The Tottenham fans in the Transfer Tavern are desperate for Mauricio Pochettino to continue affording opportunities to some of his youngest players.

Tottenham have been one of the major Premier League clubs for harvesting the growth and development of future talent in recent times, with Gareth Bale, Danny Rose, Dele Alli and Harry Kane all progressing into some of the world’s cream of the crop under the influence of Spurs.

Now with Pochettino at the helm, he’s managed to accumulate another youngster to add to the increasingly growing list, due to the blossoming Harry Winks staking his claim for a permanent Spurs starting berth.

Surely, the future is now for the Tottenham youngsters looking in?

Mauricio Pochettino has made his current legacy heavily reliant on the inclusion of youthful exuberance, with many of the players at youth level being handed appearances in the side this season. Right back Kyle Walker-Peters is one notable product of the development ranks that’s received a shot at the first team this season.

A strong belief of Pochettino’s is to provide the foundations of giving youth a chance, which has spurred an extra incentive for the players at lower levels, who see people like Dele Alli earning high calibre attention from some of the world’s best.

Having eyed up the current talent who he sees a future for but require more game time, he’s offloaded a handful of players to other clubs to gather a taste of regular first-team football.

So with opportunities forever in existence for youth prospects, here’s a look at TWO current loanees that could enjoy their breakthrough seasons next year…
