The Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern believe that Tammy Abraham has a very bright future ahead of him.
The impressive young forward has been superb in his first season in professional football – scoring 23 league goals to spearhead Bristol City’s survival bid in the Championship.
Abraham scored once again today as Bristol City beat Barnsley to move six points clear of the drop with two left to play.
The 19-year-old is in high demand ahead of the summer transfer window as he is not expected to slot straight into the Chelsea team still.
The 6’4” centre forward is the subject of interest from three Premier League clubs, according to The Daily Mail.
Sunderland manager David Moyes has run the rule over Abraham, watching him score an audacious flick in Bristol City’s 1-1 draw with Blackburn.
Moyes was also watching Southampton striker Sam Gallagher in that game – the on loan 21-year-old netted the equaliser for Blackburn.
However, Sunderland might struggle to land the England under 21 international if they go down as he will have his eyes set on breaking into Premier League football.
Everton and Leicester City are also interested in Abraham’s services and it is likely that Antonio Conte will sanction another year out on loan.
