Last orders in the Football Transfer Tavern and I can hear Gary Jones from the Daily Star telling punters that Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are tracking Belgian pair Dennis Praet and Youri Tielemans.
Jones suggests that all three Premier League clubs had representatives watching the Anderlecht duo during their recent Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain and could formalise their interest with a January offer.
While the Belgian outfit were taken apart in their 5-0 defeat to the outstanding French side, watching scouts were still impressed with Praet, who plays as a attacking midfielder and 16-year-old Tielemans who started in the middle of the park.
However the Premier League sides weren’t the only potential suitors watching the highly-rated youngsters with Inter Milan, Juventus and AC Milan all showing interest in the youngsters.
Praet is viewed as more likely to get a high-profile move in the near future and the 19-year-old has already made over 50 appearances at club level while also featuring heavily for Belgium’s U-21 team.
However Tielmans has already started to attract attention as the teenager makes his breakthrough with the Champions League outfit.
