The Everton fans are concerned by their club’s slump in form of late, and they are hoping that Sam Allardyce will continue to strengthen his squad before the end of the January window to ensure The Toffees stay well clear of a relegation scrap.

Allardyce has already completed the signings of Cenk Tosun and Theo Walcott this month, but the Everton fans on Twitter are certainly not hoping his midseason spending spree is over just yet.

The Everton supporters were interested onlookers in Man City’s Carabao Cup semi-final clash with Bristol City last night due to the involvement of The Robins full-back Joe Bryan (valued at £450,000 by Transfermarkt).

The Scottish defender is beginning to make a name for himself in The Championship this season, and his impressive performances against Premier League opposition in the Carabao Cup have certainly contributed to his rising reputation.

According to The Daily Mirror, Bryan’s performances have provoked interest from Everton, Newcastle and Brighton, and supporters of the former have turned out in their numbers recently to call for Allardyce to make the Bristol star his third signing of the window.
