Queens Park Rangers want Chelsea striker on loan

BamfordSky Bet Championship club Queens Park Rangers are desperately trying to revive their season with a loan swoop for Chelsea starlet Patrick Bamford, and this has got our regular R’s fans pretty excited – with this all according to The Croydon Advertiser.

The Crystal Palace supporting punters here in the Transfer Tavern were distraught, to see Bamford not earn a fair crack of the first-team whip during a loan spell at Selhurst Park for the first half of the 2015/16 campaign.

The ex-Nottingham Forest youngster does know all about the Championship however having netted 19 times for Middlesbrough last season, firing them to the Play-Off Final in the process.

The R’s supporting punters tucking into their burger and a pint believe a signing of Bamford’s quality could really reignite their flailing season and fire them up the division.

Several second tier clubs have already expressed a keen interest in the player and his services will be sought after should the Premier League giants opt to let him go out on loan once again.

R’s fans… Would you welcome Bamford to the club? What does the club need to reignite your season? Is Jimmy Floyd the right man?
